According to article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2016 "About state regulation of foreign trade activity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 124

1. Determine that:

1.1. import to the Republic of Belarus because of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of separate types of products from gypsum *, classified by codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 6809 11 000 0 and 6809 19 000 0 (further – products from gypsum), in case of their room under customs procedures of release for internal consumption and free customs zone is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in coordination with the Ministry of Architecture according to the procedure, similar by the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), taking into account the features specified in this resolution **;
