1. Recognize invalid resolutions of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine:

of September 27, 2010 No. 21-4 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out the Pension fund of Ukraine by bodies of payment by installments of outstanding amounts on payment of the collection on compulsory national pension insurance added till January 1, 2004, on compensation of actual expenses on payment and delivery of preferential pensions, on payment of financial sanctions and the penalty fee which arose till January 1, 2011", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2010 for No. 948/18243;

of July 19, 2012 No. 12-1 "About approval of the Procedure for write-off of penalties and penalty fee to payers who satisfied terms of the contract about payment by installments of outstanding amounts on payment of insurance premiums, and forms of the agreement on payment by installments of outstanding amounts on payment of insurance premiums", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 08, 2012 for No. 1340/21652.

2. To legal department (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
