1. Approve chairmen of the Ukrainian part of the joint intergovernmental commissions on cooperation questions according to appendices 1 - 22.
2. Determine that:
the chairman of the Ukrainian part of the Joint intergovernmental commission on cooperation can have no more than two deputies, one of whom is the head of diplomatic organization of Ukraine (including in combination), in the state which is the party of the relevant Joint intergovernmental commission on cooperation questions;
in case of absence of the chairman of the Ukrainian part of the Joint intergovernmental commission on questions of cooperation of its obligation the deputy minister according to distribution of powers or the vice-chairman performs in case the chairman is the first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Vice-Prime Minister concerning the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine or the Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine what the secretariat of the Ukrainian part of the relevant Joint intergovernmental commission on cooperation questions is informed on;
