Determine the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic by the authorized state body exercising supervision of observance of requirements of rules of production of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 136 the following change:
in Regulations on the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add the subitem 1 of Item 7 with the paragraph the twenty fourth the following content:
"-requirements of rules of production of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
