According to the Laws of Ukraine "About education", "About the higher education", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2015 to No. 266 "About approval of the list of industries of knowledge and specialties on which training of job seekers of the higher education is performed" of August 9, 2001 No. 978 "About approval of the Regulations on accreditation of higher educational institutions and specialties in higher educational institutions and the highest professional schools", the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of November 6, 2015 No. 1151 "About features of introduction of the list of industries of knowledge and specialties on which training of job seekers of the higher education approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2015 No. 266" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 25, 2015 at No. 1460/27905, is performed I order:

1. Approve sample of the certificate on accreditation which is applied.

2. Make changes to the Procedure for registration, issue, storage and accounting of certificates on accreditation (their duplicates) approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of October 15, 2001 No. 680, registered on December 6, 2001 at No. 1008/6199, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of certification of personnel of the top skills and licensing (Shevtsov A.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and its placement on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
