in Rules of issue, the address and repayment of the grain receipts approved by the specified order:
be reworded as follows Item 25:
"25. In case of improper execution of the obligation provided with pledge and issue of grain according to Item 22 of these rules, the holder of the mortgage certificate after implementation of payment according to the letter of credit returns the mortgage certificate for repayment to the cereal-receiving company.";
appendix to Requirements to sample of grain receipts and forms on which the grain receipt is written out, the approved specified order, to be reworded as follows, according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
