1. texts of regulatory legal acts within one day from the date of their signing and if necessary information and analytical materials to them (the explanatory note with statement of the concept of the regulatory legal act, the comparative table with explanation of changes and amendments, etc.) on paper and electronically go the bodies which accepted them to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

mailing of regulatory legal acts and in need of information and analytical materials to them in state bodies and other organizations is performed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the direction of their texts in day of receipt in the ministry electronically of the list determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Approve the List of state bodies and other organizations to which texts of regulatory legal acts and if necessary information and analytical materials to them electronically are distributed (further - the List), according to appendix No. 1.

3. Determine that to the state bodies and other organizations specified in the List, regulatory legal acts and if necessary information and analytical materials to them go the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan through electronic system with notifying function (further - electronic system).
