1. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency on technical supervision according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of the Agency on technical supervision according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm Agentstva on technical supervision according to appendix No. 3;

4) Changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 4;

5) the List of the orders of the Government which are recognized invalid, according to appendix No. 5.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Agency on technical supervision in number of 160 units, including 12 units of support personnel and maintenance, with the annual salary fund according to the existing regulatory base.
