Declare invalid the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of November 14, 2014 No. 617 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for calculation of length of service by the serviceman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine for payment of length-of-service allowance to them", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 3, 2014 at No. 1555/26332.
