About approval of Rules of basic military training

According to subitem 26-13) of Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 7, 2005 "About defense and Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of basic military training.

2. To provide to department of organizational and mobilization work of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in paper and electronic types within ten calendar days from the date of state registration;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 19, 2014 No. 606 "About approval of Rules of the organization and carrying out, and also forming of educational material resources of basic military training" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10569, it is published in information system of law of Ad_let on April 3, 2015).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Defence - the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
