1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration, official publication in printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

3) after official publication, placement on the website of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of the order on the First Deputy Minister of Defence - the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
