According to article 53 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the amount of payment for licensing for carrying out activities in the field of telecommunications which are levied in borders of the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, one area, of Kiev and Sevastopol, and also for renewal, issue of the duplicate, copy of the specified license and continuation of term of its action according to appendices 1 and 2.

2. Determine that the payment for issue, renewal, issue of the duplicate, copy of the license for carrying out activities in the field of telecommunications and continuation of term of its action is enlisted into the accounts on accounting of receipts of the government budget opened in relevant organs of the State Treasury.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.08.2016 No. 546

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2001 No. 515 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 29, 2000 No. 1755" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 20, the Art. 889).
