1. Make change to the list of bodies of licensing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 5, 2015 No. 609 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 68, of the Art. 2232), having excluded Item 7.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. Recommend to the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, to bring the decisions into accord with requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity".
4. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2020.
