2. In Article 8:
the fourth and fifth to exclude paragraphs;

3. State Article 9 in the following edition:
"Article 9. Powers of local councils of deputies, local executive and administrative organs in the field of ensuring demographic safety
Local councils of deputies in the field of ensuring demographic safety within the competence:
approve the regional complexes of actions providing implementation of the state programs in the field of ensuring demographic safety providing financing at the expense of means of local budgets;
perform other powers according to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
Local executive and administrative organs in the field of ensuring demographic safety within the competence:
perform monitoring of demographic safety in administrative and territorial units;
