2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekneftegaz A. S. Sultanov and the CEO of JSC Uzvtortsvetmet F. R. Abdullaev.

In Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 5, 1999 No. UP-2212 "About Streamlining of Export of Scrap and Waste of Non-ferrous Metals" of the word of JSC Tashkent Plant on Conversion of Scrap, Waste of Non-ferrous Metals shall be replaced with words JSC Uzbek Plant on Procurement and Conversion of Scrap, Waste of Non-ferrous Metals.
