About additional measures for enhancement of activities of Independent institute for monitoring of forming of civil society

For the purpose of enhancement of activities and optimization of structure of Independent institute on monitoring of forming of civil society, further expansion of direct dialogue with the public, increases in activity of institutes of civil society, strengthening of their role and value in implementation of reforms on democratic updating and upgrade of the country:

1. Approve offers of Council of founders of Independent institute on monitoring of forming of civil society (further - NIMFOGO) about determination of the general number of staff of NIMFOGO in number of 115 units with structure of central office and standard structure of its regional departments according to appendices No. No. 1 and 2.

2. Take into consideration that the main activities of NIMFOGO are:

deep studying of condition and development of open dialogue with the people, establishing system monitoring of openness of activities of state bodies, considerations of appeals of physical persons and legal entities, development of offers on increase in overall performance in this sphere;

monitoring of processes of deepening of democratic reforms, identification of the factors influencing social well-being of the population, the organization and carrying out social researches;

implementation of the analysis of participation of non-state non-profit organizations and other institutes of civil society in the solution of social and economic, social and political and other tasks, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of physical persons and legal entities;
