About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to simplification of procedures of provision of the parcels of land in the Tashkent region to subjects of entrepreneurship
For the purpose of simplification of procedures of provision of the parcels of land to subjects of entrepreneurship and their attraction in implementation of investment projects in the Tashkent Cabinet of Ministers region decides:
1. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and hokim of the Tashkent region of G. I. Ibragimov.
