About approval of Changes in Rules of retail trade by nonfoods
According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459, to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Rules of retail trade by nonfoods approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of April 19, 2007 No. 104, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 08, 2007 for No. 1257/14524, which are applied.
2. To provide to development department of entrepreneurship and regulatory policy submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except the subitem 11 of Item 2 of Changes in the Rules of retail trade by nonfoods approved by this order which becomes effective in ten months from the date of official publication of this order.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
