Bring in the Rules of retail trade and provision of services on supply of the liquefied hydrocarbon gas for household requirements of the population and other consumers approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 20, 2003 No. 1790 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 47, the Art. 2434), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Rules of retail trade and provision of services on supply of the liquefied hydrocarbon gas for household requirements of the population and other consumers

"1. These rules determine procedure for acceptance, storage, retail trade and provision of services by supply of the liquefied hydrocarbon gas (further - gas) for domestic needs of the population and other consumers subjects of managing which are registered in accordance with the established procedure.

Gas sale for domestic needs of the population acquired directly by subjects of managing on specialized auction selling gas for needs of the population, according to the Procedure for the organization and holding exchange auctions for sale of crude oil, gas condensate of own production and the liquefied gas, No. 570 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 87, the Art. 2483), is performed by them through own or leased property objects (except automobile gas-filling stations).
