In pursuance of requirements of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About features of state regulation of the activities of subjects of housekeeping connected with production, export, import of disks for laser systems of reading, matrixes" and also article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 N1698 "About Approval of the List of Bodies of Licensing" is ORDERED:
1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of disks for laser systems of reading, matrixes (further - Licensed conditions) which are applied.
2. To head department of control and reforming of procedures of legalization of subjects of housekeeping of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship (Apatenko O. P.), to management of copyright and related rights of State department of intellectual property of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Davidenko T. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
