About approval of Changes in the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of September 26, 2005 No. 557

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 to No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients of compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (with changes), to the subitem 8 of Item 2 of the Section XV of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of September 26, 2005 No. 557 "About streamlining of payment terms of work and approval of schemes of job grades of employees of educational institutions, organizations of education and scientific institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 3, 2005 for No. 1130/11410 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of economy and financing (Tkachenko A. L.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Kovtunts V. V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is applied since September 1, 2017.
