No. 162-170, 284) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Approve sample of the form of the license, according to appendix No. 2.

3. To provide to public institution "Agency of the state services" production, issue and accounting of forms of records and registration certificates of acts of civil status, certificates on the termination of driving school, licenses and appendices to licenses.

4. Records and registration certificates of acts of civil status, the certificates on the termination of driving school granted before the date of entry into force of this resolution are considered valid, and licenses

are considered valid before the expiration of their action.

5. This resolution becomes effective after month from the date of its publication.
