Make changes to the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) for disinfectants approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 3, 2006 No. 908 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 27, Art. 1949; 2012, to No. 5, the Art. 178), having stated it in the enclosed edition.

Procedure for state registration (re-registration) for disinfectants

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of carrying out state registration (re-registration) of disinfectants (further - means).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases".

3. Means on which hygienic standard rates are established and which are intended for are subject to state registration (re-registration):

implementation of disinfection actions in the centers of infectious diseases, health care institutions, preschool educational institutions;

"cold" sterilization of medical products;

disinfection of hands of health workers;

preventive disinfection of residential, production, training, sanitary and household and other rooms, buildings and constructions, vehicles, objects of public catering and trade, the territories of settlements, in places of mass rest and recreational zones;

industrial disinfection;
