About approval of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) of disinfectants

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) for disinfectants which is applied.

2. Determine that certificates on state registration of disinfectant and the certificate of the disinfectant included in the accounting list of disinfectants in Ukraine, methodical instructions instructions and regulations of their application are effective before the termination of effective period of state registration of disinfectant.

3. Declare invalid, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 2, 2003 N1544 "About Approval of the Order of Registration (Re-registration) of Disinfectants" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, N 40, the Art. 2103).

4. To the Ministry of Health to bring within two months own regulations into compliance with this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2006.

Procedure for state registration (re-registration) for disinfectants
