According to the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy" and in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.12.2000 N1782 "About Approval of the Procedure for Licensing of Separate Types of Activity in the field of Use of Nuclear Energy"
I ORDER:
1. Approve Conditions and rules of implementation of activities for conversion of uranium ores which are attached.
2. In five-day time after signing of the order to provide to the head of department of regulation of safety of radiation technologies and devices of Department of nuclear regulation Golubev V. S. its provision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. In a month after registration of the order to provide to the director of the State scientific and technological center of nuclear and radiation safety Vasilchenko V. M. replication of this regulation.
4. In ten-day time after registration of the order to provide to the head of department of regulation of safety of radiation technologies and devices of Department of nuclear regulation Golubev V. S. rassylaniye of this regulation according to the register of mailing.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister - the head of the department of nuclear regulation Smyshlyaev O. E.
