According to requirements of the Law of Ukraine of March 23, 2017 to No. 1982-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of conducting checks of subjects of primary financial monitoring I order:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for conducting checks by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for subjects of primary financial monitoring approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 6, 2015 No. 489, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 25, 2015 at No. 596/27041, which are applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy:
provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
