About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and amendment are made.

2. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order, the direction it the copy on paper and electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order, the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on supervising vice-the minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

in Rules of issue and prolongation of effective period of the certificates of aviation personnel approved by the specified order:

In the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 6, 2015 No. 115 "About approval of Rules of certification and issue of the certificate of aviation training center of civil aviation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10486, it is published on July 7, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let):

the representation (on members of flight crew) certified by the sign and seal (in the presence) of the organization of civil aviation for form according to appendix 4 to this standard;

for foreign citizens, the notarized copy of the document, the proving identity;

copy of the order on the admission (restrictions and rights);

copies of the documents confirming passing of the last on time of rates of retraining or maintenance of qualification in the specialty;

the copy of the act (form) of results of the last check on the complex exercise machine (LPC), the act of flight check;

copies of the documents confirming passing of the last on time of rates of preparation as the instructor and results of flight check (if necessary);

the copy of the certificate confirming passing of testing for knowledge of the English used in radiotelephone communication (if necessary).

The dispatcher of air traffic for receipt of the certificate provides:

the statement in any form, with indication of IIN, and also consent to use of the data which are the secret protected by the law, containing in information systems;

The dispatcher of air traffic, the employee on ensuring flights / the flight dispatcher, the operator of the aviation station for entering of qualification and special marks into the certificate provide:

the statement in any form;

the copy of the protocol of holding qualification examination in form, according to appendix 6 to this standard of the state services (for the dispatcher of Department of Internal Affairs);

copies of the documents confirming passing of the last on time of rates of preparation as the instructor (for the dispatcher of Department of Internal Affairs);

original certificate;

copies of documents on passing of the last on time of rates on qualification maintenance in the specialty;

the copy of the certificate confirming passing of testing for knowledge of the English used in radiotelephone communication (if necessary).

The personnel on maintenance of AF for receipt of the certificate provide:

the statement for the certificate of personnel on maintenance of AF in form, according to appendix 8 to this standard of the state services;

copies of the documents confirming examination on one or more than one programs of initial preparation in the form of modules which term of passing does not exceed 10 years of date of issue of the certificate or the diploma, and for personnel in the field of maintenance of AF of the state aircraft, applying on receipt of the certificate of personnel on maintenance of AF in civil aviation after the termination of service in the state aircraft – 15 years of end date of educational institution of the state aircraft on condition of uninterrupted length of service in the field of maintenance of AF;

the copy of the individual magazine of personnel on maintenance of AF in form, according to appendix 9 to this standard of the state services;

personal data on personnel on maintenance of AF in form, according to appendix 10 to this standard of the state services;
