In the paragraph the second Item 29 of the Rules of retail trade by oil products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 1997 No. 1442 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 2, Art. 51; 2009, No. 17, the Art. 516) to exclude the words "or discrepancies of their impress of a seal on commodity-transport delivery note".
3. In the paragraph the second Item 35 of the Procedure for warranty repair (servicing) or warranty replacement technically difficult household goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 11, 2002 No. 506 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 16, Art. 861), shall be replaced with words the words "it is sealed" "makes sure the signature of the responsible person".
