About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes in some orders of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2015 No. 495 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of tourism" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11578, published in information system of law of Ad_let on July 24, 2015):

to be reworded as follows the standard of the state service "Licensing for Tourist Operator Activities (Tour Operator Activities)" approved by the specified order according to appendix 1 to this order;

to be reworded as follows the standard of the state service "Provision of Tourist Information, including on Tourist Potential, Objects of Tourism and Persons Performing Tourist Activities" approved by the specified order according to appendix 2 to this order;

2) in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 26, 2015 No. 1110 "About approval of the standard of the state service "The Statement from the State Register of Tourist Routes and Tracks" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12841, published in information system of law of Ad_let on January 19, 2016):

to be reworded as follows the standard of the state service "The Statement from the State Register of Tourist Routes and Tracks" approved by the specified order according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of the industry of tourism of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within two working days after day of its official publication placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4) within two working days from the date of execution of the actions provided by this Item, submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Licensing for Tourist Operator Activities (Tour Operator Activities)"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Licensing for Tourist Operator Activities (Tour Operator Activities)" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty (further - service providers).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through:

1) Non-commercial joint-stock company The Government for Citizens State corporation (further - the State corporation);

4. Term of rendering the state service:
