2. To provide to department of the industry of tourism of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican center of legal information for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

To provide 4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "The Statement from the State Register of Tourist Routes and Tracks"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "The Statement from the State Register of Tourist Routes and Tracks" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears local executive bodies of areas, Nour-Sultan's cities, Almaty and Shymkent (further - service providers).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service are performed through:

1) office of the service provider;

2) Non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Terms of rendering the state service in case of the address to the service provider or in the State corporation:

1) from the date of filing of application or in the State corporation the result of rendering the state service is issued to the service provider within 3 (three) working days;

2) the most allowed time of expectation at the service provider - 20 (twenty) minutes, in State corporations - 15 (fifteen) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing at the service provider - 20 (twenty) minutes, in the State corporation - 15 (fifteen) minutes.

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed from 9:00 till 17:30 o'clock, with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock.

10. Appeal of decisions, actions (bezdeystviye) of the service provider and (or) his officials concerning rendering the state services: the claim is submitted addressed to the head of the service provider to the addresses specified in Item 12 of this standard of the state service.

The claim is submitted in writing by mail or purposely through office of the service provider.

Confirmation of adoption of the claim is its registration (stamp, the entering number and date) in office of the service provider with indication of surname, name and middle name (in case of its availability) person which accepted the claim, term and the place of receipt of the answer to the made complaint.

In the claim it is specified:

1) surname, name, middle name (in case of its availability), the postal address (for physical person);

2) the name, the postal address (for the legal entity).

The claim to actions (failure to act) of the employee of the State corporation goes to the head of branch, department of the State corporation of the addresses and phones specified on Internet resource of the www.gov4с.kz State corporation.
