1. Approve:
Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on determination of requirement and to effective use of chemical remedies of plants under the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;
Order of interaction of the ministries, departments and organizations for providing agricultural industry with chemical medicines according to appendix No. 2;
structure of the Interdepartmental tender commission on purchase of active ingredients and ready chemical medicines for agricultural industry and Regulations on it according to appendices No. 3 and No. 4 ;
Regulations on procedure for consideration of offers and issue of the conclusions on import of active ingredients and ready chemical medicines according to appendix No. 5.
2. To the interdepartmental commission on determination of requirement and effective use of chemical remedies of plants under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan (B. Yusupov) to provide the effective organization of work of the commission on accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it.
