I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 29, 2016 No. 430 "About approval of the Technique of efficiency evaluation of implementation of measures of the state support of industrial and innovative activities, the areas performed by state bodies, local executive bodies, the cities of republican value, the capital, and also the subjects of industrial and innovative system performing support of industrial and innovative activities" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 14375, it is published on November 29, 2016 in the Information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

in the Technique of efficiency evaluation of implementation of measures of the state support of industrial and innovative activities, the areas performed by state bodies, local executive bodies, the cities of republican value, the capital, and also the subjects of industrial and innovative system performing support of the industrial and innovative activities approved by the specified order:

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Closing statements of national institutes of development and support, and also state bodies are provided in authorized body on state planning by May 15 of the year following after accounting year (in paper and electronic type), in form according to appendix 1 to the Technique.";

state Item 14 in the following edition:

"14. National institutes of development and support, and also state bodies represent to the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National chamber of entrepreneurs of Atameken till February 1 of the year following for reporting, the list (register) of the participants who received measures of the state support within the Code.";

2. To provide to development department of industries of economy of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration.
