Based on the paragraph of the ninth Item 432 of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2010 No. 450 "About licensing of separate types of activity" of subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the list of the medicines of the Belarusian (Russian) production obligatory for availability in drugstores of all patterns of ownership enabling retail sale of medicines according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2013 No. 44 "About establishment of the list of the medicines of the Belarusian (Russian) production obligatory for availability in drugstores of all patterns of ownership enabling retail sale of medicines, and recognition voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.07. 2013, 8/27672);
the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2014 No. 6 "About modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2013 No. 44" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.04. 2014, 8/28522).
3. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication.
