About establishment of the list of the medicines of the Belarusian (Russian) production obligatory for availability in drugstores of all patterns of ownership enabling retail sale of medicinal

(as amended of the Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of 14.02.2014 No. 6)

Based on the paragraph of the ninth Item 432 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2010 No. 450 "About licensing of separate types of activity", subitem 8.13 of Item 8 and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish the list of the medicines of the Belarusian (Russian) production obligatory for availability in drugstores of all patterns of ownership enabling retail sale of medicines according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Determine that in drugstores of all patterns of ownership enabling retail sale of medicines there shall be available medicines included in:

Sections I, II of the list of the medicines of the Belarusian (Russian) production obligatory for the availability in drugstores of all patterns of ownership enabling retail sale of medicines established by this resolution in number of at least ten packagings in drugstores of the first and second category and at least three packagings in drugstores of the third, fourth and fifth category in any of the dosage forms specified in it constantly;

the Section III of the list of the medicines of the Belarusian (Russian) production obligatory for the availability in drugstores of all patterns of ownership enabling retail sale of medicines established by this resolution in number of at least ten packagings in drugstores of the first and second category and at least three packagings in drugstores of the third, fourth and fifth category in any of the dosage forms specified in it during the period from September to April inclusive.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of March 3, 2009 No. 22 "About establishment of the list of the medicines of the Belarusian (Russian) production obligatory for availability in drugstores of all patterns of ownership enabling retail sale of medicines, and recognition voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 81, 8/20599);

the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2010 No. 46 "About entering of amendment and change into the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of March 3, 2009 No. 22" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 122, 8/22325);

the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 17, 2011 No. 52 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of March 3, 2009 No. 22" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 76, 8/23844);

the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2012 No. 90 "About modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of March 3, 2009 No. 22" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.07.2012, 8/26172).

4. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
