Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 14, 2016 No. 247 "About approval of Rules of application of methods of liquidation of emergency oil spills at the sea and internal reservoirs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13970, it is published on August 9, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let).
3. To provide to committee of ecological regulation and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
