1. Approve the enclosed Rules of determination, approval and decision making about the choice of optimum methods of liquidation of oil spills at the sea and in safety zone of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the summary analysis of ecological advantage.
2. Declare invalid the Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2018 No. 157 "About approval of Rules of determination of optimum methods of liquidation of emergency oil spills at the sea, internal reservoirs and in safety zone of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (It is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17004).
3. To provide to committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
