For the purpose of creation of conditions for development and implementation of remote educational technologies in education system of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 14 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the regulatory legal acts regulating use of remote educational technologies" of June 26, 2014 No. 354 the following change:
in the List of professions and specialties which receipt in intramural and extramural (evening), correspondence forms and in the form of the external studies is not allowed, approved by the above-stated resolution:
in line item Chapter 2 "Agricultural industry" the word "Correspondence" to exclude.
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
