About approval of forms of the state statistical observations of selective inspection of personal subsidiary farms of the citizens who are constantly living in the rural zone

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed forms of the state statistical observations of selective inspection of personal subsidiary farms of the citizens who are constantly living in the rural zone:

1-skh (dkh-basic) "Basic questionnaire" of annual frequency;

6-skh (dkh-areas) "The questionnaire on the areas of crops" frequency of representation 2 times a year (as of June 1 and on October 1);

6-skh (dkh-crop production) "The diary of accounting of products of crop production" frequency of representation of 5 times a year (for June, July, August, September, October);

12-skh (dkh-livestock production) "Diary of accounting of products of livestock production and expense of forages" monthly frequency.

2. Recognize to invalid:

3. This resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2018.
