About modification and amendments in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 4, 2013 No. 272 "About approval of the Regulations on the state fire supervision"
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About fire safety" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 23, 2017 "About measures for radical enhancement of activities of divisions of fire safety of law-enforcement bodies" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-2992:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 4, 2013 No. 272 "About approval of the Regulations on the state fire supervision" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 10, the Art. 70) according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by it into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.
