About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In part one of article 22 of the Law on Archive fund of the Republic of Moldova No. 880/1992 (1992, No. 1, the Art. 20), with subsequent changes and amendments, words of "Ministry of Economics", Ministry of Culture and "Ministries of the Environment" to replace the monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova respectively with words of "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure", "Ministries of Education, Culture and Researches" and "Ministries of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment".

Art. II. - In article 3 of the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 909/1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 80-82, 413), with subsequent changes and amendments to replace the words "under the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" in both cases with the words "under the Ministry of Health, work and social protection".

Art. III. - In the Law on the status of diplomatic representations of the Republic of Moldova in other states No. 1133/1992 (The monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1992, No. 8, of the Art. 195) to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law, except for Article parts two 7, of the word "Ministry of Foreign Affairs" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration" in the corresponding case.

2. In Article 3 of the word of "Minister of Foreign Affairs" to replace in both cases with words of "Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration".

3. In Article 4:

No. 59-61, 200), with subsequent changes and amendments, words "Ministry of Health", "Ministry of the Environment" and "Ministry of Agriculture and Food" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova respectively with the words "Ministry of Health, Work and Social Protection", "Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment" and "Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment" in the corresponding case.

Art. VII. - In all text of the Law on protection of monuments No. 1530/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 15-17, 23), with subsequent changes and amendments, words Ministry of Culture, "Ministry of Construction and Regional Development" and "Ministry of the Environment" to replace respectively with the words "Ministry of Education, Cultures and Researches", "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" and "Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment" in the corresponding case, and words of "Minister of Cultural Affairs" - words "the Minister of Education, culture and researches".

Art. VIII. - In all text of the Law on seal No. 243/1994 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 2, of the Art. 12), with subsequent changes and amendments, words "Ministry of Foreign Affairs" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration" in the corresponding case.

Art. IX. - In the Law on libraries No. 286/1994 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 14-17, 47), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word Ministry of Culture shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches" in the corresponding case.

2. In Item c) parts (Article 9 of the word to "Ministry of Public Education" shall be replaced with words 2) "To the Ministry of Education, culture and researches".

Art. X. - In all text of the Law on breeding case in livestock production No. 371/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. Art. XI. - In the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, of the Art. 373), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Health" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case.

2. In part (Article 51-1 of the word "The Ministry of Public Education and youth" shall be replaced with words 2) "The Ministry of Education, culture and researches".

3. In Article 56:

Art. XIII. - In part (1) article 18 of the Law on the water protection zones and strips of the rivers and reservoirs No. 440/1995 (1995, No. 43, the Art. 482), with subsequent changes and amendments, words by "Ministry of Agriculture and Food" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment".

Art. XIV. - In the prolog of part (2) article 7 of the Law on concessions No. 534/1995 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 67, of the Art. 752), with subsequent changes and amendments, words of "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "Ministries of Economy and Infrastructure".

Art. XV. - In article 6-1 of the Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 63), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes:

in part (4) words of "Minister of Health" shall be replaced with words "the Minister of Health, work and social protection";

in part (5) word of "Ministry of Health", shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Health, work and social protection,".

Art. XVI. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, No. 668/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 78-80, 572), with subsequent changes and amendments to replace words "Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry" in both cases with the words "Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment".

Art. XVII. - In the prolog of part (2) article 1 of the Law on fruit growing No. 728/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 52-53, 161), with subsequent changes and amendments shall be replaced with words the words "Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry" "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment".

Art. XVIII. - In appendix to the Law on fundamentals of town planning and arrangement of the territory No. 835/1996 (1997, Art. Art. XIX. - In part (4) article 7 of the Law on environmental assessment No. 851/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 52-53, 494), with subsequent changes and amendments, to replace words of "Ministry of Health" and "Ministry of Economics" respectively with the words "Ministries of Health, Work and Social Protection" and "Ministries of Economy and Infrastructure", and words"," to exclude the Ministries of Construction and Regional Development.

Art. XX. - In part (2) article 11 of the Law on penal system No. 1036/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. Art. XXIII. - In part (2) Article 66 of the Join-stock companies law No. 1134/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 1-4, 1), with subsequent changes and amendments, words of "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "Ministries of Economy and Infrastructure".

Art. XXIV. - In all text of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, words "Ministry of Health" and "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case, words "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry" - words "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment", and words "Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure" - words "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in the corresponding case.

Art. XXV. - In part (15) article 24 of the Law on enforcement of Sections I and II of the Tax code No. 1164/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, words of "Ministry of Health" and "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Health, work and social protection".
