About modification of the Regulations on Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 24, 2009 No. 154 "About Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 9, Art. 1119; 2010, No. 21, Art. 2618; No. 31, Art. 4251; 2012, No. 7, Art. 852; 2014, No. 12, Art. 1298; 2015, No. 41, Art. 5652; 2017, No. 21, Art. 3023).
2. The realization of the powers provided by this resolution is enabled by Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation within the number of employees of Service, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
3. Items 1 and 4 of the changes approved by this resolution become effective since January 1, 2018.
