1. Approve the description and rules of application of national sign of accreditation which are attached.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of the National agency on accreditation of Ukraine Kazantsev S.A.

Description of national sign of accreditation

The national sign of accreditation (further - the Sign), appendix to the description, has the square form with zaokruglenny tops the radius constituting 0,2 of length of the party of square.

In square capital capital letters of "NAA" (reducing from National accreditation agency) are located in such a way that the symmetrized two letters "A" (the left side of letters matches) form the image of letter "H". Thickness of lines of letters constitutes 0,07 from the size of length of the party of square.
