1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on the organization of foreign, internal, foreign tourism, excursion activities it (is applied).

2. To head department of control and reforming of procedures of legalization of subjects of housekeeping Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Apatenko O. P.) and to Management on regulatory questions of State tourist's administration of Ukraine (Chernyshenko A. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
