1. In Item 5 of the Procedure for the provision of information by the Pension fund of Ukraine on requests of bodies to the public executive service and private contractors approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 7, 2016 No. 3596/5, the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of December 7, 2016 No. 28-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 13, 2016 at No. 1607/29737, of the word "About the Digital Signature" shall be replaced with words "About electronic confidential services".

2. To legal department (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services", but not earlier than day of official publication of this resolution.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Mashkin V. G.
