About approval of changes and additions which are made to some Orders of the Government

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. In a month:

1) to open for the Agency of the state services the treasurer account for fund raising of the Guarantee fund founded according to the Order of the Government No. 1170 of December 4, 1998;

2) to the Agency of land relations and inventory:

a) list balances in cash from the account opened for fund raising of the Guarantee fund into the treasurer account opened for this purpose by the Agency of the state services;

b) close the account opened for them for fund raising of the Guarantee fund.

3. The order of the Government No. 677 of July 11, 2005. "About approval of sample of the Certificate on the created real estate unit" (2005, Art. No. 95-97, 734) to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.
