About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning strengthening of social protection of persons who look after sick children

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In item 4 of part one of Article 9 and Item 3 parts one of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About leaves" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 2, Art. 4; 2000, No. 51-52, of Art. 449; 2005, No. 9, Art. 178; 2015, No. 10, Art. 62):

after the words "and if the child is sick with diabetes of the I type (insulin-dependent)" to add with the words "or if the child to whom disability is not established is sick with crushing perinatal defeat of nervous system, heavy inborn malformation, rare orphan disease, oncological, oncohematological disease, cerebral palsy, heavy mental disturbance, acute or chronic disease of kidneys of the IV degree";

after the words "the child with disability of subgroup And" to add with the words "or the child to whom disability is not established got severe injury, needs transplantation of body, needs palliative care";

add with the paragraph the second such content:

"The list of serious illness, frustration, injuries, conditions and so forth which grant the right to the worker on receipt of leave non-paid on the child to whom disability is not established affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 20, Art. 102 with subsequent changes):
