About approval of the purposes, requirements and conditions of public and private partnership for construction of housing estate of office housing and modification of the order of the Government

Based on provisions of Items b) and e) article 11 of the Law No. 179-XVI of July 10, 2008 on public and private partnership (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 165-166, 605), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the purposes, requirements and conditions of public and private partnership for construction of housing estate of office housing for government employees with special status of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the parcel of land Ploshchad 7,2461 of hectare (cadastral number 0100101.1221), in мун. Chisinau, Ulitsa N. Testemitsanu, 31, being under authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to appendix.

2. Appoint the Ministry of Internal Affairs the body of public management responsible for holding procedure of selection of the private partner, the conclusion of the contract with it and supervision of execution of the specified project.

3. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 419 of June 18, 2012. "About approval of the list of the objects which are in property of the state, and also the activity list and services of national public interest offered for public and private partnership" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 126-129, 457), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

To replace 1) in line item of the 19th figure "0100101.778" with figures "0100101.882";

To replace 2) in line item of the 20th figure "0100101.572" and "0100101.572.12" with figures "0100101.882" and "0100101.882.01".
