6) the report on movement of forms of stamp registration certificates of acts of civil status according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) the report for work on apostilization of the official documents intended for action abroad according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) the report on the claims for recognition submitted to courts invalid the transactions certified by notaries about the complaints made in courts and in Department of justice about the private determinations and decrees of courts issued concerning notaries according to appendix 8 to this order;

9) the report on implementation of justice of organizational and methodical management by Department concerning notarial activities, according to appendix 9 to this order;

10) the report on officials of the local executive bodies authorized on making of notarial actions according to appendix 10 to this order;

11) the report on the quantitative list of notaries according to appendix 11 to this order;

12) the report on monitoring of movement of the criminal cases brought concerning notaries according to appendix 12 to this order;

13) the report on the number of the notarial actions made by notaries according to appendix 13 to this order;

14) the report on the number of the decrees issued within the legal aid by courts, investigation authorities guaranteed by the state and inquiry according to appendix 14 to this order.";

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
