About entering of amendments into the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 23, 2011 No. 240 "About approval of regulations on medico-social organizations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan"

For the purpose of providing in accordance with the established procedure the Cabinet of Ministers decides placements of persons containing in the centers of rehabilitation of persons of no fixed abode of law-enforcement bodies and persons in need in medical care to treatment and prevention facilities of system of bodies of health care and implementation of actions for recovery of their health:

1. Make additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 23, 2011 No. 240 "About Approval of regulations on medico-social organizations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (SZ RU, 2011, No. 8, the Art. 71) according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to make offers on enhancement of procedure for execution of biometric passports to persons containing in the centers of rehabilitation of persons of no fixed abode of law-enforcement bodies, and departure of persons, the personality and which places of residence are established, to permanent residences in a month.

3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. A. Abdukhakimov and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.
