About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2017 No. 772 "About some questions of special economic zones"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2017 No. 772 "About some questions of special economic zones" the following changes and amendment:

in the Regulations on the special economic zone "Astana Technopolis" approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The special economic zone "Astana Technopolis" (further - SEZ) is located in the territory of the city of Astana in borders according to the enclosed plan.

The territory of SEZ constitutes 631,92 of hectare and is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

in item 4:

22) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"22) construction and commissioning of infrastructure facilities, and also the objects intended directly for implementation of the types of activity provided by subitems 1) - 26) this Item, within the design estimates;";

add with subitems 23), 24), 25) and 26) of the following content:

"23) construction of administrative and residential complexes, the highest and average educational institutions, the multipurpose covered boulevard;

24) production of pharmaceutical products;

25) production of medical and dental tools and accessories;

26) construction of buildings and constructions, civil engineering and specialized construction works.";
